Short answer: Yes driving test centres close in bad weather.

Long answer: Depends on the driver testers opinion of weather conditions around the test centre as a minimum. If there are serious weather warnings in place the RSA may make an early decision to cancel tests. They will post this on their website here. If your test has not been cancelled, but you feel it is not safe to drive to the test centre, you can try reschedule your test here.

Then you could get to the test centre and the driver tester could decide to cancel the test if; the any of the test routes are still icy, if there is flooding, dangerously strong wind, dangerously heavy rain or snow. The driver testers can even abandon the test halfway through for any of the above or if the light is fading sooner than expected.

Will driving test centres close in bad weather? during Covid there were problems with the RSA driver testers cancelling test because it was cold. They were keeping the windows open for ventilation and were found to be cancelling tests if they felt they would be too cold or if they felt they would get wet.
