If you are learning to drive in Galway, you will need to start with the theory test. The Road Safety Authority (RSA) have a theory test centre on Forster Street in Galway City. Next it is time to get insured on a vehicle to practice in and to get your Essential Driver Training (EDT) lessons. Allied Driving Instructors can help you with these and any other driving lessons. Included in this would be pretest lessons before your driving test. The RSA have a driving test centres in the Westside Shopping Centre and in the Carnmore Commercial Centre.
Allied Driving Instructors – Driving lessons Galway can offer a door to door service in many parts of Galway.
This can include Galway City Centre and Salthill. Also Rahoon, Barnacranny and Castlegar. As well as Ballybrit, Ballybane and Ballyloughane. We can also meet at or near your workplace or place of study. This includes the city centre, the University and the Hospital. In addition to shopping centres, business parks and so on. For workers coming from other coutries we offer a driving orientation course. Additionally the reduced EDT is an option for anyone with a full licence from another country. These can be done as intensive courses, which are a specialty of ours. Intensive courses are also an option for those who have plenty of driving experience in Ireland, but have yet to do their EDT.
